Refund policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

In the case of a defective or damaged product the cost of return shipping will be covered so that the item can be returned to us and a new product sent out to you.

Please note: the new product will differ from the original due to the handmade and individual nature of our products.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on items due to the customisable nature of the products. Personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive in a defective or damaged condition.
